Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment in Melbourne is assisting a well-established local builder to hire an experienced Revit Documenter/Draftsperson. You will produce detailed construction documents and contribute to high-quality multi-residential projects.

This hybrid role offers 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, with close collaboration with project teams, consultants and contractors as drawings move from development to construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in architectural documentation / drafting.
• Strong Revit capability is essential.
• Experience with apartments, multi-residential or large-scale residential projects.
• Detail-oriented with construction documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction documentation using Revit
• Develop plans, elevations, details and documentation packages
• Coordinate documentation with project, design and construction teams
• Assist with design development and resolving documentation issues
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and construction-ready
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams
