Based out of our Gold Coast Office - soon to be in our BRAND NEW space at West Burleigh, you will be given all the tools required to help you succeed in our growing business.>

Switch Hotel Solutions is a growing consulting company focusing on hotels, motels and resorts. Created in 2019, we've grown to service a wide variety of operators across Australia. Whether our clients have 5 rooms or 200 rooms, Switch works to develop a unique and powerful strategy to suit our clients needs.

Areas of Responsibility:
  • Assisting with monitoring of the occupancy and revenue performance of our clients
  • Analysing market trends and competitors’ pricing strategies
  • Be responsible for price change updates with accuracy, consistency and efficiency
  • Discussing strategies with clients
  • Developing strategies (with support from management team)
  • Understand factors impacting booking conversion on different booking platforms to optimisation tactics
  • Monitor, review and update listings to maximise booking conversion rates across all booking platforms
About you:
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality Management or similar is desired
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in Hotel Reservations or Operations
  • Superior attention to detail and time management skills
  • Understanding of revenue management principles
  • Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of RoomPriceGenie & Pricelabs preferred but not essential.
