Job summary

The Department for Child Protection in Adelaide CBD is seeking a Lead Project Officer, Reunification Services to drive a coordinated approach to reunification and improve outcomes for children and families. You will monitor contract performance, optimise capacity management, and support legislative changes in partnership with practice areas, service providers and stakeholders.

This is a full-time, 12-month term role based in the Adelaide CBD.

Qualifications

• Experience leading service reform and project delivery in government context
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and strategic advice
• Strong stakeholder engagement and contract management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead reunification service reform, planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop service models and contract arrangements with clear measures
• Analyse demand, capacity and resources to inform decisions
• Prepare strategic advice and reports to guide service performance and funding decisions
• Coordinate service delivery across government and community sectors
