Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking Casual Retail Team Members to support stock/warehouse operations and showroom activities across our WA stores. You will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while being on the move between warehouse and showroom duties.

Applicants should be flexible to work across 7 days and during peak periods. A pre-employment medical check is required, with full training provided and potential sponsorship for a Certificate III in Retail.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service, retail or hospitality is valued.
• Full training will be provided to learn our end-to-end stock/warehouse operations.
• Willingness to work across warehouse and showroom environments.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with an exceptional in-store experience at touchpoints.
• Learn end-to-end stock/warehouse processes and assist showroom operations.
• Open to ongoing learning and career progression, including sponsoring a Certificate III in Retail.
