The Company

This boutique travel company has been running a successful business for over 10 years and now seeking a Retail Travel Manager and Senior Travel Consultant to assist in their expansion in opening a new store and building a winning team.

The role
  • Stepping into this brand new store in a superb central location, you'll be supported by management to build and drive a successful retail travel office.
  • As a hands on manager you'll be confident in selling a range of international and leisure travel packages to a diverse clientele range whilst also managing and leading a small team.
Your key responsibilities as Manager will include
  • Hiring, mentoring and training staff
  • Devising marketing strategies for performance growth
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Booking worldwide leisure holidays to amazing destinations
  • Representing the agency at conferences and travel events
