Job summary

The Reject Shop in Vasse, Western Australia, is hiring a Team Member to help run the store day-to-day and deliver a great customer experience.

You’ll serve customers, refill shelves, keep the store tidy and safe, and move between different areas as part of the team; no retail experience is required and training starts from day one.

This hands-on role offers flexible shifts across busy trading periods, with learn-by-doing support as you build retail skills within a growing national network.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

You’ll:

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:0pm
• Weekends
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
