Job summary

OPSM is seeking a Casual Retail Associate in Melton to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will greet customers, process orders, and showcase our luxury eyewear while earning product knowledge through ongoing training.

No optical experience is required, as industry-leading training is provided to help you build confidence and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous retail, sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.

We're looking for a Casual Retail Associate to join our OPSM store in Melton!

No optical experience is needed - we'll provide industry-leading training and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer.
