Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for overnights and weekends a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers on the floor.
• Support store operations, including stock checks and merchandising.
• Operate the POS and complete cash reconciliations during shifts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain store standards and safety.
• Maintain accurate records and adapt to a 7-day roster.
