Job summary

BIG W, part of Woolworths Group, is seeking enthusiastic retail colleagues to join our store network in Australia. You will help customers find products, ensure departments are well stocked, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience.

You’ll work across departments, adapt to changes, and contribute to a culture that values care, diversity and teamwork. We offer flexible rosters, training and opportunities to grow with a leading Australian retailer.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for retail with a passion for great customer service.
• A team player that is flexible to work across all departments and tasks.
• Agile and adaptable to change.
• Reliable and willing to work, and available to work a flexible roster which may include evenings and late nights across the 7 days of the week.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find products and provide a quick, friendly checkout experience.
• Assist in stocking and organizing departments to keep the store easy to shop.
• Pack orders in online hubs as needed.
• Provide a great service experience to every customer.
