The Reject Shop, based in Goulburn, NSW, is hiring Team Members to support day-to-day store operations and deliver a great customer experience. No prior retail experience is required—training is provided—with flexible shifts including afternoons, evenings and weekends.

You’ll learn retail routines, refill shelves, keep areas tidy and safe, and work across different store areas as part of a team.

The Role

As a Team Member, you’ll help support the day-to-day running of the store and create a great experience for customers.

• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards

This is a hands-on, physical role where you’ll be on your feet and may lift up to 16kg safely as part of normal store duties.

• Are available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends

Our busiest trading periods are typically:

• From 3:30pm onwards on weekdays
• Thursday or Friday night trade from 3:30pm to 9:00pm
• School holidays and public holidays

No retail experience is needed. Many of our Team Members are starting their first retail role and we provide training and support from day one.
