The Reject Shop in Fernvale is growing and inviting you to join our store team as a Team Member. You’ll help run day-to-day store operations, serve customers and ensure a great shopping experience. The role is hands-on and fast-paced, with training provided to get you started.

We offer flexible shifts and a supportive team environment, with opportunities to learn retail basics, stock management and store standards while you build confidence and retail experience across Australia.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required; training is provided from day one.
• Flexible shifts around school, study, sport or other commitments.
• Available during busy trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Enjoy staying busy and working with a team.
• Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods.
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store.
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team.
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards.
