Job summary

The Reject Shop in Strathpine is seeking Team Members to help run the store and create a positive shopping experience for customers.

You’ll learn retail routines, refill shelves, handle checkout, and work across different areas as part of a friendly team. Flexible shifts, training from day one, and supportive teammates help you grow your retail skills and confidence. No prior retail experience is required, and you’ll be supported as you learn quickly.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is needed; training and support are provided.
• Flexible shifts available to suit school, study, sport or other commitments.
• Available during busy retail trading periods including afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Team-oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and support busy trade periods.
• Refill shelves and move stock around the store.
• Keep the store clean, organised and safe.
• Work across different areas of the store as part of the team.
• Learn retail routines, processes and store standards.
