Ampol, one of Australia’s leading convenience retailers, is hiring a Retail Team Member to keep stores welcoming and well stocked. You’ll handle merchandising, inventory, cash handling, and POS transactions while delivering friendly service.

This role offers comprehensive training, supportive leadership, flexible rosters, and opportunities for career growth within a large retail network across Queensland.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends.

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
