Job summary

Ampol is looking for a Retail Team Member to join Australia’s leading convenience retailer. You will help keep stores in top shape with merchandising, inventory management, and stock control while handling POS transactions and cash reconciliations during shifts.

You’ll work in a friendly team environment, bring strong communication skills, and be flexible to cover weekends and overnights as needed. Training, support, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for over nights and weekends a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service and greet customers.
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Maintain store merchandising, stock readiness and inventory accuracy.
• Handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations with accuracy.
• Collaborate effectively with team to ensure smooth shifts.
