Job summary

Ampol, one of Australia's leading retailers, is seeking a Retail Team Member to support store operations, merchandising, and stock control. You will handle POS transactions, cash reconciliations, and deliver friendly service to customers while working within a collaborative team.

You’ll participate in a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends when needed, with comprehensive training and opportunities for career growth within one of Australia’s largest retail networks.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for overnights and weekends a must.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
• Assist in daily store operations and merchandising.
• Support the Store Manager and team in stock control and inventory tasks.
• Ensure safety and accuracy in cash handling and cash reconciliations.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain store standards.
