Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Retail Team Member to keep stores well merchandised, manage inventory, and handle POS transactions with accuracy. You’ll join a dynamic team in one of Australia’s leading convenience networks and contribute to a smooth customer experience across shifts.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and flexible rosters including weekends and overnights. Training and growth opportunities are offered within Ampol’s extensive retail network.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with overnight and weekend availability.
