Ampol is hiring a Retail Team Member in Sydney. You’ll keep our stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management and stock control, while handling POS transactions and cash reconciliations with accuracy.

Join a friendly team and support daily operations, ensuring great customer experiences. We value teamwork, flexibility and a readiness to work weekends and overnights when needed.

Formación

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7‑day roster, with availability for overnights and weekends.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and put customers first.
• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and tasks.
