Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc in Donnybrook is recruiting for a Full Time Wine & Spirits Supervisor to join our store team. You will act as a Wine & Spirits Expert, guiding customers and supporting daily department operations while leading colleagues on the shop floor.

A key holder role includes opening and closing duties as required. The successful candidate will be 18+, with at least 1 year in Wine/Spirits; wine department experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of experience in Wine/Spirits.
• Wine department experience is advantageous.
• WSET training not required but would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a customer focus.
• Demonstrate flexibility and be prepared to work retail hours.
• Desire to develop retail career and leadership skills.

• Support and lead store colleagues to maintain high standards.
• Be a designated key holder with responsibility for opening and closing the store when required.
• Deliver exceptional service and share product knowledge with customers.

As a Wine & Spirits Expert, you will be a confident, customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and sharing your knowledge with customers. You will play a key role in creating an outstanding shopping experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the department and store. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for supporting and leading your colleagues, ensuring high standards are maintained across the store. You will also be a designated key holder, with responsibility for opening and closing the store when required.

The successful candidate will need to have:

• You have to be minimum of 18 years old to qualify for this role
• Minimum 1 years expierence withinWine/Spirits department is required for this role
• Previous retail experience in wine department will be an advantage
• WSET training is not neccessary but wiouldbe an advantage
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills
• Strong desire to learn, develop and inspire other team members
• Demonstrate flexibility and be prepared to work retail hours
