Bunnings is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Sydney to energise the store, lead the designated department, and support the store’s senior leadership team. You’ll drive service excellence and smooth operations, inspiring your team to deliver results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers
• Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours
• Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support
• Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements
• Managing and coordinating stock effectively
