Job summary

Lifeline Queensland, part of UnitingCare, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a store in Bundaberg. You’ll manage all retail operations, drive sales, supervise staff and volunteers, and promote Lifeline’s mission through community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management (or hospitality with retail background).
• Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
• Experience coaching and mentoring people.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a passion for Lifeline and its purpose.
• Manage all aspects of a retail operation and delegate responsibilities to meet sales targets.
• Work with staff and volunteers to review pricing, merchandising, and promotional events to ensure profitability.
• Maintain effective communication within team and external stakeholders, handling customer enquiries.
• Identify issues and opportunities from selling and customer feedback.
• Set objectives and prioritise tasks aligned to business strategy.
• Coach and develop direct reports, linking development goals to business objectives.
