Job summary

Adairs Retail Group is seeking a part-time team member in our stores to deliver an engaging customer experience and consult on styling solutions that complement customers' homes. You will contribute to store performance, assist with merchandising and stock control, and support the team to help everyone succeed.

This role emphasises teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for WOW moments with customers in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer focused environment (ideally retail).
• Passion for creating wow for each and every one of our customers.
• Eye for detail; texture, colour, tone and love creating solutions for customers.
• You’re a team player and are excited by contributing to the bigger goals.
• Outstanding teamwork commitment.

Responsibilities

• Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable.
• Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home.
• Contributing to the success of the overall stores’ performance.
• Assisting with Visual Merchandising.
• Stock management and control.
