Job summary

Baby Bunting Pty is seeking a Storeroom Assistant to maintain stock integrity and ensure smooth flow from storeroom to the sales floor. You’ll unpack, label and organize merchandise while supporting the team in a dynamic retail environment.

The role is permanent part-time with Tue, Wed, Thu, and Sun shifts; prior storeroom or customer service experience is preferred, and training will be provided for equipment like pallet jacks and walkie stackers.

Qualifications

• Retail storeroom experience preferred but not essential.
• Customer service experience desirable.
• Ability to operate machinery such as Pallet Jack, Walkie Stacker, WAVe and trolley; training provided.
• Self-sufficiency and ability to work unsupervised.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and POS systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15kgs and 45kgs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Unpack, label, and organize merchandise.
• Delivery Processing: Receive and process deliveries with accuracy.
• Equipment Handling: Use pallet jack, walkie stacker, and trolley.
• Record Keeping: Use the Inwards/Outwards Goods Register for stock movement.
• Customer Support: Help customers with pickups and queries.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain store floor and stockroom standards.
