As a Full-time role with weekend, late-night, and public holiday shifts, you’ll shape visual merchandising, manage stock, and build rosters that meet demand while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in apparel retail.
• Experience handling high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
• Proven ability to drive sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Train, develop and inspire your team daily.
• Maintain visual merchandising displays and regular promotions.
• Manage stock to minimise loss and maximise opportunities for sales.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers and team members.
• Create rosters that suit store demand and ensure the team is well-supported during trading hours.
