Job summary

The Reject Shop is looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run a store on the shop floor in Australia with a team of 10 to 15 colleagues. You will oversee work, stock, service and standards alongside your team.

If you love being on the floor and leading by example, this is the role for you as we transform into Dollarama Australia and grow with a global retail operating model. You’ll learn the business and develop with the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a retail store or similar setting.
• Ability to lead a team on the floor and deliver service to customers.
• Wamiliarity with stock, shop floor standards and processes.

The Roster

You

You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get

From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.
