Peter Alexander in Mackay is hiring a Store Manager for our Canelands store. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage stock, and create a playful, customer-first atmosphere that reflects our vibrant brand.

This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability. You’ll shape visual merchandising, roster planning, and staff development while delivering an unforgettable shopper experience and achieving KPIs.

• Previous leadership experience in apparel retail.
• Experience in managing high stock volume and reducing stock loss.
