Job summary

Spendless Shoes is seeking a Store Manager to lead and train the team, drive sales, and manage stock rotation to deliver top customer service. This role focuses on achieving budgets and maintaining Spendless standards across merchandising and service.

You will empower staff, coach performance, and ensure a seamless in-store and digital customer experience, while upholding Spendless values in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Retail/Hospitality or Sales.
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop your team.
• Stock management and merchandising experience.
• Understanding of sales budgets & KPI's.
