Job summary

ALDI stores in Victoria are looking for Store Assistants to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to everyday Australians. You’ll be the backbone of daily operations, greeting customers, assisting at the registers, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and well presented.

We welcome positive, hardworking individuals with a willingness to learn and grow. Training is provided, with permanent part-time hours and weekend availability encouraged to fit our busy store schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior retail knowledge required.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Being a customer service superstar and serving customers at the registers with a smile.
• Keeping shelves stocked with products so that our customers can find all their favourites.
• Being an expert in stock handling by making sure our products are in date and listed at the right price.
• Creating eye-catching displays of our ALDI special buys.
• Keeping the store tidy, organised and looking great.
