Job summary

Taking Shape Windsor is seeking a Sales Stylist to deliver exceptional service with product knowledge and a personalised shopping experience for every customer.

You’ll work a flexible, part-time roster (base 6 hours every two weeks, 1–2 shifts per week, including late nights and weekends) and enjoy staff discounts, ongoing learning, and a fun, supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Have affinity with Taking Shape brand and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Exceptional customer service skills in a customer-led environment.

Our Windsor store is looking for an amazing Sales Stylist to provide exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience, and exceptional product knowledge.

To support a flexible working environment, all our Sales Stylists are contracted on a base of 6 hours a fortnight, and rostered in line with store needs. At present our Windsor store has 1 to 2 shifts available per week, which may include late nights and weekends. This may change in line with the store needs.

Our Sales Stylists:

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs
• Are innovative, and always look for new and better ways of working
• Are confident and stylish, acting as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand
• Build belonging and a community spirit, with both their team members and customers
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, and ensures our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs
