Job summary

Taking Shape is seeking a Sales Stylist for our Myer Cairns Concession in Queensland. This role focuses on delivering personalised service, sharing product knowledge, and representing the Taking Shape brand with confidence and style.

Casual shifts are rostered to meet store needs, with 6 hours per fortnight and 1–3 shifts weekly, including late nights and weekends as required. You will engage customers, build a sense of community, support store events, and contribute to a fun, supportive team

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to convey product knowledge and tailor service to each customer.
• Friendly, approachable and energetic in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
• Showcase products with strong visual merchandising on the shop floor.
• Act as an ambassador for the Taking Shape brand.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and events.
• Maintain stock levels and help during busy trading periods.

Our Myer Cairns Concession is looking for an amazing Sales Stylist to provide exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience, and exceptional product knowledge.

To support a flexible working environment, all our Sales Stylists are contracted on a base of 6 hours a fortnight, and rostered in line with store needs. At present our Myer Cairns Concession has 1 to 3 shifts available per week, availability a must to work late nights and weekends. This may change in line with the store needs.
