Job summary

ALDI is seeking a friendly Store Assistant in Sydney to join our fast-paced retail team. You will greet customers, help with purchases, and maintain a clean store while learning our systems. Full training is provided, with a focus on customer service excellence and product knowledge.

The role offers a casual, part-time schedule averaging 15–20 hours per week and an hourly rate starting at $32.76+. Weekend availability is advantageous, and you can grow with one of Australia’s leading retailers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them with purchases.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store displays.
