A leading insurance provider in Wodonga seeks a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service to members both in-store and over the phone. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, commencing on February 2nd. Our RACV Retail Outlet based in Wodonga prides itself on providing exceptional service to our community and we are looking for a customer service specialist to join our team.
You will be front line in assisting new or existing RACV members who visit our store, with all enquiries from purchasing Home & Car Insurance, Emergency Assistance products to even Travel Insurance and Attraction tickets! As part of this exciting, blended role, you will also be assisting our Memberline Contact Centre with inbound home & motor insurance calls.
Commencing on Monday, 2nd of February We are offering a permanent part time opportunity, 20 hours per week.

Our retail stores offer exposure to a corporate environment, you will be assisting our members & customers over the phone and face to face instore. The successful applicant will possess the following traits:
Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, as would significant experience working in a phone-based customer service environment.
RACV are offering 7 weeks of full-time paid training (Monday – Friday). This may include 2-3 days in our Noble Park, VIC office.
With our unique learning approach of virtual classroom work (with an RACV facilitator), real time experience in your designated retail store, completed buddy sessions and ongoing support, you will be setup for the ultimate success in building a career with the RACV.
Following your training period, you will then transition and work on your dedicated rostered hours
