Lorna Jane Wendouree in Ballarat is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Assistant (Active Stylist) to connect with customers, offer styling expertise, and make every shopper feel her best on the floor.

You'll bring warmth and energy, have retail experience, and participate in flexible shifts across seven days, including late nights and peak sale times. You will help hit KPIs, support visual merchandising, stock, and store presentation while providing genuine service.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Lorna Jane Wendouree. We call this role an Active Stylist, because it's more than a sales job. It's about connecting with our customers, offering styling expertise for their active wear purchases and helping every customer feel her best.

It would be great if you have some Retail experience knowing what it’s like to help our customers while achieving your budgets. What really matters to us is your energy, your attitude, and your genuine interest in people. This role may include shifts across seven days, including late-night trading and peak sale times so flexibility is key.
