Job summary

Jaycar Electronics, a leading electronics retailer in Australia, seeks a customer-focused team member to join our Morayfield store. You will assist customers, keep shelves stocked, and maintain store presentation with collaborative teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring enthusiasm for electronics, a passion for service, and willingness to learn. On-site full-time role with opportunities for growth within our expanding company.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Retail experience preferred, on-the-job training provided.
• Tech-savvy with interest in electronics.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service and product solutions to customers
• Ongoing merchandising of the store to ensure product availability for customers
• Ensure stock is unpacked and maintaining stock reserve standards
• General housekeeping duties to offer customers a positive store experience
• Working cooperatively with other team members to enhance the customer experience
• In conjunction with the Store Manager provide a safe working environment for the team and customers

Your responsibilities include:
