Job summary

Petstock Munno Para is seeking a customer-focused team member in a pet-loving retail environment. You will engage with customers, educate them on pet care and products, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Ideal candidates bring retail experience, a passion for animals, and the ability to work weekends and public holidays. You’ll contribute to a positive team culture and uphold safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team.
• Physically able to lift products up to 20kg.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with memorable interactions.

• Complete sales transactions and help reach store sales goals.
• Maintain high store presentation and ensure stock is displayed and replenished.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge on pet care, products and services.

• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current

• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
