Autobarn in Western Australia is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and help customers get road-ready. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service, provide product advice, and help achieve store targets in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

You don’t need to be a car expert; we value a hands-on, customer-focused attitude, teamwork and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Help Customers Get Road‑Ready – join the Autobarn family as a Sales Assistant!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join the team and make an impact!You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.

You don’t need to be a car expert or tick every box – we're looking for people who will embody Autobarn values and are passionate about great service, teamwork, and making a difference.

What you’ll do

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑presented store environment.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
