Job summary

Perigon Group is seeking an Assistant Retail Project Manager to support the development team as it expands across Australia and NZ. You will help deliver new store builds and refurbishments, coordinating contractors, shopfitters and suppliers while maintaining brand standards.

With 2+ years in project coordination or related roles, you will thrive in a fast-paced retail construction environment, demonstrate strong organisation and communication, and be willing to travel interstate as required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project coordination or contracts administration in construction
• Experience in retail/hospitality construction is valued
• Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing new store builds and refurbishments within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate contractors, shopfitters, consultants and suppliers.
• Assist with budgets, cost estimates, tendering, procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate building approvals, certifications and landlord requirements.
• Monitor construction schedules and milestones.
• Review designs to meet operational and brand needs.
• Identify construction defects and manage handovers.
• Maintain project records and stakeholder updates.
• Build relationships with franchise partners, landlords and internal teams.
