Job summary

CW Retail Services Pty Ltd is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing store network in Melbourne. This full-time role (38 hours/week) offers varied duties from helping customers to processing transactions and stocking shelves.

You will work across our store network, assisting with stock replenishment, displays, and promotions while delivering excellent customer service. The position is onsite with supportive team culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• S2 & S3 training and Certificates I-III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication with all stakeholders.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

• Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
• Serve customers and process purchases through our POS system
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
