Job summary

Chemist Warehouse in Melbourne's CWH Hoppers Crossing VIC is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant. The role offers part-time, full-time and casual hours across our store network, with growth within a busy pharmacy environment.

You will help customers with queries, maintain shelves, handle POS transactions, and participate in stock replenishment and promotional displays. Training and supportive team culture are provided, with wellbeing programs and flexible rosters to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with queries and service at the counter.
• Keep shelves stocked and stock replenishment.
• Process purchases through the POS system.
• Set up displays for catalogue promotions.
• Support the team in a fast-paced store environment.
