Chemist Warehouse Capalaba is hiring a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join a fast-paced store near Capalaba, QLD. We offer varied hours (part-time, full-time, casual) and a team-focused environment with opportunities for training and growth.

You will help customers, stock shelves, assist with queries, and support promotional displays while working as part of a friendly, busy team dedicated to excellent service.

Qualifications

About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

The Chemist Warehouse Capalaba Team works closely together, supporting each other and sharing our workload, especially during busy periods. Everyone is customer-focused, dedicated to ensuring that every customer leaves the store happy, while maintaining a hardworking and collaborative atmosphere!

Our store is located along a busy main road, with a sister store just 300 meters away in a shopping centre. While there is friendly competition, both stores operate as one big team, supporting each other with staff, stock, and knowledge. With ten aisles and a large variety of products, there are plenty of opportunities to be creative with displays and promotions.

Each day brings new opportunities, and we work together toward achieving common goals. Our team enjoys coming to work, and management is approachable and supportive, fostering a positive and collaborative environment. Milestone celebrations are marked with an in-store presentation, flowers, a gift from the store, and cake, in addition to head office certificates and vouchers!

As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:

• Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
• Assist customers with general queries
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
• Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
