Chemist Warehouse Malvern VIC is seeking a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our energetic store team. The role offers flexible hours across part-time, full-time and casual shifts, with a strong focus on customer service, stock replenishment and accurate checkout processing.

The successful candidate will work within a fast-paced environment, support promotions, and contribute to a friendly store atmosphere while delivering excellent service to customers across Australia.

Formación

• S2 & S3 trained or Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with attention to accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with queries and keep shelves stocked.
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels.
• Process purchases through POS system and handle transactions.
• Set up displays for catalogue promotions.

A typical day might look like:

• Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
• Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
• Serve customers and process purchases through our POS system
• Setting up displays for catalogue promotions

About you

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
