Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant to support pharmacy customers and manage day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will help customers with queries, maintain shelves, process transactions via POS, and set up displays for promotions, while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Candidates with Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy and a National Criminal History Check will be preferred; working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• S2 & S3 trained highly regarded
• Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded
• Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
• Must meet National Criminal History Check requirements
• Must hold appropriate working rights
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
• Ability to perform repeated movements and lift heavier items during stock replenishment
