Job summary

Labour Support Group in Buderim, Queensland is seeking a full-time registered Retail Pharmacist to join their team. You will dispense medications, counsel patients, and collaborate with GPs and health professionals to support patient care.

Maintain records, ensure compliance with Pharmacy Board regulations, and supervise staff. A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current AHPRA registration with retail experience are required. Salary $80,000–$90,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy with current general registration (AHPRA).
• At least 12 months of experience in a retail pharmacy.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience contributing ideas and working well in a team.
• Familiarity with dispensing software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pharmacy services including dispensing and patient counselling.
• Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to support patient care.
• Dispense prescriptions in line with regulations and prepare PBS/Medicare claims.
• Supervise dispensary staff and ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain medication records and ensure patient safety.
