Responsibilities

• Work with the Store Manager to build an engaged team of brand ambassadors within your store
• Identify operational opportunities and make commercial decisions to improve customer experience and store results
• Manage store schedules and wages to achieve productivity and wage targets
• Support development needs and motivate the team to drive wellness, engagement and performance for future succession
• Plan and communicate targets to motivate the team to achieve goals
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and key partners to lead visual and loss prevention standards
• Champion the Cotton On Group Foundation and guide the team on making a life-changing impact globally
