Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, central operations or a similar support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to simplify processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store environments.
