Job summary

Workpro is seeking field-based merchandisers to cover Geelong and surrounding areas in VIC. The role involves visiting multiple stores, replenishing and rotating stock, and building displays aligned with planograms.

You will record activity, provide store feedback, and maintain strong retailer relationships while travelling between locations. Ideal candidates have retail, merchandising or customer-service experience, a valid driver licence with a reliable vehicle, and the ability to travel

SHIFT AND AVAILABILITY

INDICATIVE MARKET PAY

$35-$36 per hour + super, plus Based on live advertised rates reviewed September 2026. The actual rate will depend on the employer, award or agreement, employment type, duties, shift, penalties and overtime
