CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a Retail Merchandiser in St Marys, Tasmania, to work closely with a market-leading FMCG brand. The role involves creating and maintaining Point of Sale displays, reporting tasks, and supporting sales performance with the Brand Representative.

The ideal candidate will have supermarket retail experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational skills. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $32.79 plus additional benefits, and immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• Supermarket retail experience or previous merchandising experience is essential.
• Valid car driver’s license and reliable vehicle (Learners Permit NOT accepted).
• Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Must be available every Wednesday.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Brand Representative to support sales performance in the territory.
• Create, build, and maintain quality Point of Sale displays in store.
• Talk to stores about additional promotional space.
• Report tasks and capture goods photos daily via our StoreTrack App.

Suburbs included: St Marys, Penrith, St Clair, Glenmore Park, Cambridge Gardens, Blaxland

Employment Type: Casual

Work directly with a market‑leading FMCG brand. Regular ongoing consistent work, 6‑8 hrs per week.

Working closely with a Brand representative to implement displays, maintain merchandising standards, and build relationships with stores.
