Job summary

CGL – Retail Services is hiring for Creative Activation to support Coles through the CRT team. You will join a dedicated team handling in-store merchandising, planograms, POS setup, pricing, and ticketing.

We value self-motivation, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with strong communication. Competitive hourly rate and superannuation are offered, with flexible hours and a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Be self-motivated, adaptable and resourceful.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be able to lift up to 15kg.
• Flexible availability on weekdays.
• Available to work Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Complete merchandising tasks such as planograms and relays.
• Set up point-of-sale materials and pricing.
• Execute ticketing and pricing in-store.
• Collaborate with Coles client and CRT team to ensure execution.
