Job summary

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a Retail Merchandiser to service Cornetts IGA stores in the Barcaldine region. The role involves visiting stores on a scheduled cadence to replenish and face stock, and to set up promotions and displays for strong field execution.

The position is casual with flexible hours, paid training, and opportunities for career development. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required to travel between locations, with mileage paid where applicable.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable car.
• Ability to flex up and down when needed; morning start may be required.
• Great communication, organisation, keen eye for detail and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Visit Cornetts IGA stores on a scheduled fortnightly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
• Keep shelves looking their best by ensuring stock is replenished, faced, and compliant.
• Set up eye-catching displays and Point of Sale materials to bring promotions to life.
• Identify stock gaps and report missing products to maximise sales opportunities.
• Support new product launches and ensure strong in-store impact.
