Job summary

Bed Bath N’ Table in NSW is seeking experienced Store Manager and Assistant Manager to join during a growth phase. You will co-manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. A strong focus on sales performance and visual presentation will be essential.

The role offers a work-life balance with a rotating fortnightly roster, one weekend on and one off, plus an extra weekday off each week and no late nights.

THE OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for an experienced Store Managerand Assistant Managerto join us at this exciting time within our growing and successful business.

This management team will partner closely to manage day to day business operations whilst providing expert home styling advice, an exceptional customer experience and leading by example to drive outstanding sales results.

Where possible, our business operates with a minimum of two team members during shifts, to allow us to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We pride ourselves on work-life balance and offer a unique rotating fortnightly roster with one weekend rostered on then thefollowing weekend rostered off. This is in addition to oneweekday rostered day off each week and no late nights!
