Wesfarmers Health, home to Priceline, is seeking a Retail Manager in Australia to lead our beauty and health team. You’ll inspire Sales and Beauty Advisors to deliver warm, expert service, help customers choose cosmetics, fragrances and skincare, and create a welcoming store environment that makes every guest feel valued.

About the role:

Our Retail Managers are the leaders of our brand. They’re the customer service experts who know how to welcome and inspire people and connect with them on a personal level to help them be the very best at work.

You’ll apply your passion for beauty, skincare and wellbeing in a way that makes our customers feel one-of-a-kind. You’ll inspire our Sales and Beauty Advisors to be confident to help someone find the perfect shade (or shades) of cosmetics, discover a new scent, set them up with a skincare ritual, or even just showing them where their fave products are stocked, you’ll make our team members feel supported, welcome, and set them up for success.

What you’ll bring

• Someone with retail experience, particularly in beauty (who loves leading teams that enjoy providing great customer service)
• A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and beauty
• Great communication skills (so you can form genuine connections with customers)
• A creative touch for merchandising
• An experienced, supportive and inspirational leader
• Experience in training and service focussed is also a big plus!
